Over more than 30 years of breeding Golden Retrievers, many of our repeat customers asked about Golden Doodles, so we introduced them into our breeding program.

A Golden Doodle is a cross between an AKC registered Standard Poodle and an AKC registered Golden Retriever, referred to as an F1 cross. Standard Golden Doodles typically weigh between 50 and 70 lbs, with low to non-shedding coats ranging from wavy to slightly curly. Both parent breeds are natural retrievers with typical Golden Retriever temperaments, and their willingness to please makes them excellent family pets.

We also offer Mini Golden Doodles, an F1 cross between an AKC registered Miniature Poodle and an AKC registered Golden Retriever. Mini Golden Doodles typically mature to between 25 and 40 lbs — the same great temperament in a smaller package.
